On Saturday, 19 August at 06:00 UTC / 02:00 ET, IBM will be conducting maintenance to address a potential configuration issue in a common networking component affecting US and EU data centers. Traffic will be moved between primary and secondary network instances. ISV will be fully operational during the maintenance period.
